Unterrio Edward Barr, 49 passed away peacefully in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 10, 2021. He was born January 09, 1972 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to parents James and Evelyn (nee Fulton) Barr.

He is survived by his loving wife Tammy in Las Vegas, Nevada.

He will be going back to Philadelphia for burial near his family.

QUAN will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
