Thelma Pauline Riggs, 79, of Las Vegas, passed away Nov. 15, 2011. She was born Aug. 29, 1932, in Post, Texas, and was a 47year resident of Nevada. She was a charter member of Daylight Eastern Star and a member of Daughters of the Nile. Thelma was preceded in death by her parents. Thelma is survived by her husband, Robert B. Riggs sons, John Goggans, Bruce Goggans and William P. Wilson four grandchildren and one greatgrandchild. Viewing will be from 11 a.m.noon Friday, Nov. 18, with services following, both at Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Burial will be at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City.
