Shirley Clark-Burnett

Shirley ClarkBurnett, age 62, of Henderson, Nevada passed away on Monday, August 29, 2011. She was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi on June 4, 1949.
She was employed with the City of Long Beach, California for 28 years and during the time she worked at the Queen Mary, she met her husband Bobby. They married in 1991 in Las Vegas. In 2000 they moved to Henderson, Nevada and in 2002 Shirley began working for Clark County School District as a special programs teacher assistant. She loved her job because of her passion of working and teaching children as if they were her own.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Daniel and Earnestine Seals Clark, in addition to her brother Lester Lonial Clark. Shirley is survived by her husband Robert Burnett, Son Keith Clark, Step Daughters Kimberly Burnett, Tonya Burnett and Sophia Griffieth, Brothers Albert Ballard and Anthony Seals, Sisters Barbara Dunn, Bettie James and Sandra Johnson, Grandchildren Aaniela Clark, Kamilah Clark and Lauren Griffieth.
