Shaun Galera ReigleMay 2, 1984 – July 1, 2025
Shaun Galera Reigle was born on May 2, 1984, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to John K. Reigle and Helen Galera Reigle. As an only child, Shaun was raised in the embrace of his extended family and the natural beauty of island life. His early years in Hawaii were filled with warmth, laughter, and memories that would shape the person he became.
In December 1999, Shaun and his mother moved to Las Vegas, where he completed his schooling and graduated as part of the Cimarron High School Class of 2002. He went on to pursue some college education and began carving out a career path marked by both charisma and dedication.
Shaun held a variety of roles that reflected his vibrant personality and strong work ethic. He worked at the Venetian Hotel, where he was a beloved gondolier and valet, known for his welcoming smile and friendly demeanor. He later transitioned into technical work, becoming a solar panel installation manager and also working with ADT, where he installed home security systems with care and precision.
Beyond his professional life, Shaun was a man of many talents and passions. He was a devoted computer gamer who found joy and camaraderie in games like World of Warcraft. He was also a gifted dancer — from hula to ballroom — with a grace and rhythm that often surprised and delighted those around him. Shaun loved animals, especially his loyal dog, Scrappy, who preceded him in death.
Though he was not married and had no children, Shaun’s life was full of meaningful relationships. He was a devoted son, a proud cousin, a caring uncle, and a steadfast friend. He is survived by his mother, Helen Galera Reigle, along with a wide circle of family and friends who will always remember his kind heart, quick wit, and generous spirit.
Shaun’s time with us was far too short, but his impact will echo for years to come. His memory lives on in every shared story, every smile sparked by a memory, and every person who was lucky enough to know him.
