Phillip Roger Horn, age 67, passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 18, 2020. He was born February 21, 1953.
He is a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the United States Army. He worked most of his life as a Heavy Equipment Operator in Oil Industry.
He is survived by his daughter, Cassy R. Drake of Red Oak, Oklahoma.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
