Omar Jorge Villalpando-Guerrero, 40, passed away on August 23rd 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Omar was born in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico to Jorge and Bertha Villalpando on November 19th 1984.

Omar attended Western High School. He excelled in the of sports, including snowboarding, rollerblading, soccer, and baseball. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, he frequently engaged in hiking activities at Red Rock and Mt. Charleston, underscoring his commitment to exercise and fitness. Following the birth of his daughter, Omar pursued a career as a Journeyman cement mason and plasterer, playing a significant role in the construction of numerous casinos and attractions in Las Vegas. In his leisure time, Omar is actively involved in his church community and enjoys taking his two German Shepherd dogs for runs at the park and to the mountains.

Omar is survived by his daughter, Andrea Villalpando , his siblings, Octavio Villalpando and Michelle Villalpando, his parents, Jorge and Bertha Villalpando.

Funeral services will be held on Monday September 8th, 2025 at Davis Funeral Home at 4:30pm with the Deacon Miguel Torres.

Omar Jorge Villalpando-Guerrero, de 40 años, falleció el 23 de Agosto de 2025 en Las Vegas, Nevada.

Omar nació en León, Guanajuato, México, hijo de Jorge y Bertha Villalpando, el 19 de Noviembre de 1984.

Omar asistió a Western High School. Destacó en deportes, incluyendo snowboard, patinaje en línea, fútbol y béisbol. Como un entusiasta de las actividades al aire libre, frecuentemente realizaba caminatas en Red Rock y Mt. Charleston, destacando su compromiso con el ejercicio y la condición física. Tras el nacimiento de su hija, Omar siguió una carrera en construcción cómo plasterer, desempeñando un papel significativo en la construcción de numerosos casinos y atracciones en Las Vegas. En su tiempo libre, Omar disfrutaba llevar correr sus dos perros al parque y las montañas.

Omar deja en vida a su hija, Andrea Villalpando; sus hermanos, Octavio Villalpando y Michelle Villalpando; y sus padres, Jorge y Bertha Villalpando.

Los servicios funerarios se llevarán a cabo el Lunes 8 de Septiembre de 2025 en Davis Funeral Home a las 4:30 p.m. con el diácono Miguel Torres.
