Mary Gail July

Mary Gail July, age 69, of Pahrump, NV, passed away on September 26, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on November 17, 1955, in Turtle Lake, ND, to Gordon and Prudence July. Mary grew up in McVille, ND, and Rudolph, WI, and later lived in WI, MN, FL, and NV.

Mary was a deeply talented and caring soul. She expressed her creativity through sewing, painting, and decorating—especially with her beloved owl motifs. She enjoyed walking with her dogs, spending time in nature, and being with family and friends. After high school, she earned certificates in medical transcription and welding, which supported her wide-ranging career in hospitality, food service, health information management, welding, maintenance, security, and other fields. In her later years, she found joy and purpose through studying and reading the Bible. After retiring from Disney World, she moved to Pahrump, NV, to care for her brother, David.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, David July. Survivors include her daughter, Tara July; grandchildren Cody, Joshua, Mia, and Jasmine July; siblings Connie July, Jeanine (Craig) July-Almond, and Gary (Linda) July; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held via Zoom on October 19, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (Central Time).
