Jessie Marie Blount, 96, of Las Vegas, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011. She was born March 1, 1914, in Madison, Ga., and was a resident of Las Vegas for 19 years. Marie was a retired beautician, owning her own business. Marie was preceded in death by her loving husband, David. She is survived by her son, Gregory Janet grandson, Shawn Godchildren nieces, nephews cousins and other family and friends. Visitation will be from 10 a.m.noon Thursday, Jan. 27, with services following, both at Mt. View Lutheran Church, 9550 W. Cheyenne Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89129. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mt. View Lutheran Church.
