Judith Dixon

Judith Ann Dixon, 64 of North Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Judy was born in Marshalltown, Iowa to parents Loyal James Snow and Lois Faye Vickus. She and her siblings Sharon and Richard Dick Snow spent most of their childhood in the Chicago, Illinois area, where she graduated from Reavis High School. Judy spent many years as a cosmetologist before becoming a stay at home mom to three sons, David, 43 of St Petersburg, Florida Rick, 40, of North Las Vegas, Nevada and Sean 38, of Dallas, Texas. Judy later returned to the workforce as a caregiver in various capacities, spending her later years caring for college students and mentally challenged adults in an independent living center. Judy was extremely proud of her grandchildren: Jason, 12 Justin, 11 Jordan, 5 and Ashleigh, 4. Preceded in death by her parents, Judy will truly be missed by friends and family, leaving a legacy of love and giving that will live on in her children and grandchildren.
