John Keatts

On Friday, May 17, 2019 John A Keatts, loving husband, brother and uncle at the age of 74 passed away at home. John was born on December 19, 1944 in North Carolina to Ernest and Edna Mae Keatts.

He was drafted into the U.S. Army and served during the Vietnam War. He achieved the rank of sergeant.

He married the love of his life, Sandra Keatts (Waters) and they moved to a home close to his sister and her family in Las Vegas, NV. John loved dogs and had 5 chihuahuas (his buddies).  John was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Edna Mae, his infant daughter, his brothers, Brant Roark, Ernest Keatts, Glenn Keatts, James Keatts, Robert Dale Keatts and sister Carol Bregel. He is survived by his wife Sandra, his brother Roland Keatts, several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, NV on May 29, 2019 at 1220pm.
