Elizabeth Marie Snyder, 59, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on November 5, 2025, in Henderson, Nevada after fighting a short, but devastating illness.
Elizabeth was born in Lynwood, California, to Fred M. Tallo, Sr. and Mary Louise Tallo on January 30, 1966.
She was a 1984 graduate of Warren High School in Downey, California, and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1997. She spent her career in business, working in accounting.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents; her father-in-law, Bob Snyder; her niece Lauren Elizabeth Tallo; and her great-nephew, Ivan Bailey and great-niece Alexa Bailey.
Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Robert C. Snyder; her son, Christopher Snyder; her brothers, Fred M. Tallo Jr.; Richard Tallo and wife La Juan; James Tallo and wife Yolanda, and a special aunt, Mary J. Tallo. She is also survived by a brother-in-law, Ryan Snyder and wife Stephanie; sisters-in-law Nicole Kondra and Suzanne Zarani and husband Sammy and her mothers-in-law, Linda P. Snyder and Carolee Konda. Elizabeth was a loving aunt to a host of nephews and nieces and great-nephews and nieces, and will be missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
To know Elizabeth was to love her. She was the sweetest, kindest, and most sincere person. She was a great partner, a fierce advocate for her family, and an unbelievably caring mother. Her heart was pure and overflowing with love.
Elizabeth's services will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, as follows:
Visitation will be held at St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church in Las Vegas, Nevada at 10am, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11am. Services will be presided over by Reverend Eugene Kinney, Parochial Vicar.
Graveside service will be held at Davis Memorial Park Cemetery 6200 S. Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada at 1pm.
The family welcomes everyone to a celebration of Liz's life at her home.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making donations to the American Diabetes Association or the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
Whether it be a pin, a scarf, or even a special Christmas sweater, in honor of Liz's love for Christmas, attendees are encouraged to wear something Christmas-related to the services.
