Diane Giordmaina

On Saturday, February 23, 2019, Diane Twyla Giordmaina, 65, of Las Vegas passed away. Her death came after a hard-fought battle with lung disease. Diane was a loving mother and grandmother of 6 children and 6 grandchildren and will be dearly missed.

Diane was born on July 2, 1953 in Harrisburg PA to Lois and Walter McCue. She was one of 5 children. She had three brothers and one sister. Diane married Gawdence "Larry" Giordmaina and together they raised 6 children: Lamont, Chanel, Chance, Bridgett, Jasmine, and Lacey.

During her working life, Diane had many careers ranging from Certified Medical Assistant to Stage Actress. In her later years, she pursued her passion for writing and became an accomplished author and screenwriter. Diane was also an outspoken activist and was active in her community. She advocated on behalf of her fellow citizens on issues regarding freedoms and civil rights.

Diane is preceded in death by: Jasmine Giordmaina, Walter McCue, Phillis Caputo, Sunday Arrensberg, Lois McCue, Jackie Arrensberg, Mary Arrensberg, William Arrensberg, Albert McCue, William Arrensberg, and Twyla McCue.

Diane is survived by: her two sons Lamont McCue and his wife Nancy, and Chance Giordmaina; her three daughters Chanel McCue, Bridgett Giordmaina, and Lacey Giordmaina; her two brothers and her sister Lois McElwee; as well as her five granddaughters and one grandson.

The viewing service for Diane will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Saturday, March 16th, 2019, at Davis Funeral Home. The visitation is to be held at Davis Funeral's Rainbow location, located at 1401 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146.
