Carl Zorne

Carl R. Zorne, 81, died April 19, 2011 at Solari Hospice. Carl was born on June 15, 1929 in Steubenville, Ohio to John and Florence Pearce Zorne. On June 18, 1955 he married Rosemarie Fristick and together they would have four children.
Carl served in the US Army. He loved to fly his airplane and even survived two crashes in over forty years of flying.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Rosemarie Zorne: sons, Patrick Janet Zorne and Gary Zorne daughters, Lynn Marie Pete Peterson and Diane Zorne grandchildren, Chris Michele, Samantha, and Meredith and greatgrandchildren Madelynne and Caitlynne.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis De Sale, 1111 N. Michael Way on Monday at 12:00 Noon. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 4:00 pm at Davis Funeral Home Charleston Chapel, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Interment will be at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church.
