On February 2, 2020 Bienvenido Fortugaliza passed away at his home.  He was always searching for a work and living environment that he would be happy at.  That is what brought him to call Las Vegas HOME.

Ben is survived by brothers Ricard, Felix (Judith), Steven and sister Debie (Rich).  There are also numerous nieces and nephews.  There are also many of his friends in Las Vegas that are as close to him as family.

Ben was a fanatic Pittsburgh Steelers fan.  He became a loyal Las Vegas Golden Knights fan when the team formed in Las Vegas.  He was so happy when the Raiders decided to come to Vegas because that would mean his Steelers would be in town for that game.

Ben loved to cook.  His friends knew gifts of kitchen appliances and utensils would inspire him to create tasty treats they would get to enjoy when they visited.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 20 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm at his favorite sports bar “The Tavern”, 1113 S. Rainbow Boulevard.

No flowers, just bring good stories.
